Heaths Thank You Event
Business Network International Partner Heaths, 76, Dalton Road, Barrow are holding a “Thank-you” event for loyalty card holders and customers in recognition of their support throughout the year.
The event takes place on Friday 4th December between 6pm and 8pm with wine, mince pies and fun activities.The event also marks the start of the pre-Christmas sale so there is also a chance to pick up some bargains!
Customers are welcome to bring along a friend.
Efflorescence Xmas Demonstration and Workshop
One of our Business Network International Partners Efflorescence Floristry Studio are holding a Christmas demonstration and workshop at Trinity Church Centre, Warwick Street, Barrow on Thursday 3rd December from 6pm – 9pm.
They will demonstrate several designs for you to choose one you can make and take home. Tickets are £20.00 and include light seasonal refreshments and are available from the Studio (Unit 39, Trinity Enterprise Centre, Ironworks Road, Barrow) or by calling 01229-824418.

Business Mastermind Group Launch
During a very busy period for C & M Enterprises Doug Marshall spoke to a group of 15 people at PHX Training on 21st July trying to inspire those going back in the workplace to turn their aspirations into reality. This was followed by the launch of the Business Mastermind Group on 29th July the second meeting taking place on 26th August.
During the same period there was the successful launch of Community Times Ulverston.
The only disappointing occurrence during this period was the closure of Punky Retro on Dalton Road. Although only open for a short period of time it was obvious that the foot fall in that area wasn’t going to be enough to sustain rent and Business Rates. For this reason we are examining other avenues to sell our range of clothing.
